Himalaya Food International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/09/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve proposal for raising of funds through rights issue 2. To Consider convening of the 1st Extra-Ordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the Company and approval of the notice of EGM for the purpose of approving the urgent availing of unsecured loans from the promoter and promoter group with an option to convert into equity shares at the option of the lender on a future date.
