| Himalya International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 26, 2014, to consider the followings:-<br/><br/>1. To consider un-audited results for the quarter ending March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To review the targets set for FY 2014-15.<br/><br/>3. To review the opening of new markets in GCC and middle east for Himalya products.<br/><br/>4. To review the orders and annual projections from the major new accounts in U.S. Market.<br/><br/>5. To review the moralities to relaunch Himalya Frozen Appetizer products in Indian Retail Sector.<br/><br/>6. To review finances to achieve the financial goals for the current FY 2014-15 and arrange the funding required for the current financial year 2014-15. | |
