Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Government of Karnataka has issued directions for closure of production facilities in the State of Karnataka to control the transmission of COVID 19. <BR> <BR> The Company affirms its full support and cooperation to the directions of the Karnataka Government. <BR> <BR> As a responsible corporate entity, in line with the directions and keeping in mind the health & safety of all our people, we wish to inform that we have closed our plants based in Karnataka at Doddaballapur and Hassan until March 31, 2020 or until further notice. <BR> <BR> This is for your information & record.<BR>
