Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., on Friday, February 5, 2021, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have approved re-appointment of Mrs. Sangeeta Kulkarni (DIN: 01690333) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 (Five) years commencing from May 21, 2021, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the next General Meeting.
