Hindalco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 21, 2021, inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2021;<BR><BR>2. recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021.<BR><BR>As informed by the Company's communication dated March 31, 2021 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financials results.
