Hindoostan Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd has informed BSE that June 17, 2011 has been fixed as Record Date for the purpose of determining the names of Equity Shareholders entitled for allotment of 8 (Eighy) Equity Shares of the Transferee company (Sirdar) of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each fully paid up for every 100 (One Hundred) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten) each fully paid up held in the Share Capital of the Transferor Company (Hindootan).
