Business Standard (in English) and Sakal (in Marathi) stating that the Company Scheme Petition for sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between NXTDIGITAL Limited and Hinduja Global Solutions Limited and their respective Shareholders was admitted by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai and was fixed for final hearing before the Hon'ble Members on October 13, 2022.
