Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR') (as amended from time to time), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, 13th November, 2025 have inter-alia considered and approved the following matters.
1. Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025.
2.Un-audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September 2025.
3.Limited Review Report on the said results issued by the M/s. A D V & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors for the half year ended 30th September 2025.
4.Standalone and Consolidated Balance Sheet for the quarter and half financial year ended 30th September, 2025;
5.Standalone and Consolidated Cash Flow Statement for the quarter and half financial year ended 30th September, 2025;
