| HINDUSTAN CONSTRUCTION CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) and 50(1)(c) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, February 02, 2023 at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company''s Equity Shares is already closed from Sunday, January 1, 2023 for all Designated Employees of the Company and will open 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges. | |
