In pursuance to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the Company's code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2-4-2019 issued by the BSE Limited, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Un-audited Results for the Quarter and Nine months ending on 31st December, 2022 will be communicated in due course.
