Hindustan Hardy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you that the Meeting of the Board of
Directors of the Company is being convened on Wednesday, 12 November, 2025 to
inter-alia consider and to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and
half year ended September 30, 2025.
Pursuant to Company''s Code of Internal Procedures And Conduct For Regulating,
Monitoring And Reporting Of Trading By Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in
the Company's securities would be closed from October 1, 2025 till closure of
Company's business hours on Friday, 14th November, 2025. < Forty eight hours after
the meeting.
