| This is further to our letter Ref: Co.Secy/VM/181/2021 dated 28.03.2021 regarding Share Purchase Agreement entered into between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited ('HPCL') and M/s. S P Ports Private Limited for acquisition by HPCL of 50% of the paid up equity share capital of the 'Target Entity' M/s. HPCL Shapoorji Energy Private Limited (HSEPL) from M/s. S P Ports Private Limited.<BR> It is now informed that the said transaction is completed on 30th March, 2021 with the transfer to HPCL, 25.70 Crore number of equity shares held by M/s. S P Ports Private Limited in HSEPL for a total consideration of Rs.397,06,50,000/- (Rupees Three Ninety Seven Crore Six Lakh Fifty Thousand Only).<BR> | |
