This is further to our letter dated 25th October, 2017, wherein we had informed that the Board of Directors had decided to seek the consent of Members of the Company for the appointment of Mr. Srinivas Phatak as the Executive Director, Finance & IT and <BR> Chief Financial Officer of the Company, through Postal Ballot. The Board of Directors had also appointed Mr. S. N. Ananthasubramanian, Practising Company Secretary, to act as the scrutinizer, for conducting the postal ballot process.<BR> <BR> The Calendar of Events for the proposed postal ballot process is attached for your reference.<BR> <BR> <BR> Please take the above information on record. <BR>
