We wish to inform you that the 59th AGM of the Company will be held on Wednesday the 11th Sep, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Auditorium of Bhartiya Bhasha Parishad at 36A, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700 017. The facility of Remote E-voting will commence on Sunday the 08th Sep, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. and ends on Tuesday the 10th Sep, 2019 at 05:00 P.M.<BR> <BR> The register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain close from 05th Sep, 2019 to 11th Sep, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.<BR> <BR> We further wish to inform you that we have commenced dispatch of Annual Report to shareholders of the Company on 14th August, 2019 and accordingly pursuant to regulation 34(1) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the Annual Report for the year ended 31/03/2019 and copy of the AGM Notice is also annexed in the Annual Report.<BR> <BR> A copy of the Annual Report and AGM Notice is also available on the Company's website at www.hwlgas.com. <BR>
