Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board in its meeting held on May 23, 2023 on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, had approved extension of tenure of Mr. Arun Misra as CEO & Whole-time director (KMP) of the Company for a period of 2 year w.e.f. June 01, 2023 to May 31, 2025.
