Appointment of Mr. Suresh Motilal Jain (DIN: 01869768) as Additional Director of the Company subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing general meeting of the company. 2. Resignation of Mr. Ramamurthy Shetty (DIN: 08429776) as Non-Executive Non Independent Director from the Board of the company w.e.f. 13th August, 2024.
