Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, 2015, we would like to inform you that Mr. Jayendra R. Shah and Mr. Harish N. Motiwalla will retire from the position of independent director on completion of their second term of office w.e.f close of business hours on 31st March, 2024. Further Mr. Jayendra R. Shah will also cease to be the Chairman of the Board w.e.f close of business hours on 31st March, 2024.
