The voting period has ended on March 31, 2024 at 17:00 Hours IST. The scrutinizer will submit her report to the CMD and President & CEO of the company or to any other person authorized by him, after completion of scrutiny of total votes cast. The result of voting by Postal Ballot (i.e. through remote E-voting) will be declared on or before 17:00 Hours IST on April 02, 2024. The resolution, if passed by requisite majority, shall be deemed to have been passed on Sunday, March 31, 2024 i.e. last date specified for remote E-voting.
