Approval of Notice of Postal Ballot for seeking the consent of the Members to appoint Mr. Akihiro Sakurai as Whole Time Director of the Company and appointment of Ms. Saryu Munjal, Proprietor ofM/s Saryu Munjal & Associates, as scrutinizer.
