This is with reference to your letter L/SURV/ONL/PV/HK/2024-2025/4345 dated June 18, 2024 with respect to significant movement in the price of the securities of the Company across exchanges in the recent past and asking the company to submit a response on the same. In this regard we wish to submt that the Company in complinace with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, is promptly intimating the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE & NSE of all such information or an event having a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information etc. we confirm that there is no unpublished price sensitive information having a bearing on the operation/performance/constitution of the Company. Therefore, nothing was requried to be intimated to the Stock Exchanges as per Regulation 30 of the LODR.
