In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended thereto and Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated persons and their immediate relatives and for Fair Disclosure of HUDCO, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain close from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2023. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the consideration and declaration of the financial results for the quarter & year ended 31st Mach, 2023 will be intimated later.
