| This is to inform that with recommendations from Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors vide circular resolutions dated March 23, 2021, have considered and approved :-<BR> i) Deferring the effective date of HOVS Policy* for Age Limit of Directors until April 1, 2022; and<BR> ii) Appointment of Mr. Surinder Rametra, as an Additional Director effective April 1, 2021. He shall hold office as an Additional Director till the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and be appointed as a Director by members' of the Company in its ensuing Annual General Meeting. His term as an Executive Director, getting over on March 31, 2021.<BR> *(The Company had filed the Policy vide its letter dated November 6, 2020)<BR> | |
