| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that existing capacity of Pipes business of Building Products Division of the Company be increased as per following details: <BR> <BR> 1. Capacity Addition <BR> a) Existing capacity; 30,000 tons per annum <BR> b) Existing capacity utilization; 70%<BR> c) Proposed capacity addition; 18,000 tons per annum<BR> d) Period within which the proposed capacity is to be added; By 30th September 2022<BR> e) Investment required; Rs.100 crore<BR> f) Mode of financing; From internal accruals and term loans from bank<BR> g) Rationale; The company started commercial production from existing CPVC/UPVC pipes production facility in August 2018 and the products of the company have been well accepted in market. Given current demand and lead time for setting additional capacity, the expansion has been planned to meet future demand. <BR> <BR> You are requested to take this information on records.<BR> | |
