| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Schedule III, Part A, Para B, Clause 11 of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Hubtown Limited ('the Company') has provided a Corporate Guarantee to Rare Townships Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Company for securing the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures upto an amount not exceeding Rs. 296 crores issued by Rare Townships Private Limited, out of the said issue initial issue is for Rs. 175 crores and further issue is for Rs. 121 crores which shall be made based on additional incremental approvals of investor and review of project performance going ahead of issuer. | |
