| Intimation of appointment of Mr. Sudip Mall as Managing Director of the Company.<BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III (Part A (7) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Tuesday, 24th November, 2020, approved the appointment of Mr. Sudip Mall (DIN 01681697) as Director and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 4th January, 2021 for a period of five years, subject to the approval of shareholders and Central Government. <BR> Further, we affirm that Mr. Sudip Mall is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or such other authority.<BR> The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in enclosed Annexure.<BR> Kindly take the above intimation in you records.<BR> | |
