This is further to the disclosures made by ICICI Bank Limited dated February 12, 2025, June 27, 2025, July 9, 2025 and September 12, 2025 and in pursuance of the approval granted by the Bank''s shareholders at the Thirty-First Annual General Meeting held on August 30, 2025 for entering into a material related party transaction for purchase of additional shareholding of up to 2 percent in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited from Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited by the Bank. The Bank has executed the share purchase agreement with Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited today.
