| ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements and financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company''s Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trades in securities by Designated Persons, the trading window to deal in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 1, 2024 to July 25, 2024 (both days inclusive) for all Designated Persons of the Company (including Directors) and their immediate relatives. | |
