In continuation to Bank''s disclosure dated March 29, 2022, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of IDBI Bank Ltd., at its meeting held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 has granted an approval for divestment of an additional stake of 0.01% of the paid up share capital of National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL), thereby revising the total divestment of Bank''s stake up to 11.11% of NSDL''s paid-up share capital. You are requested to kindly take the above intimation on record in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
