| Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Allotment & Share Transfer Committee of IDFC Limited has today approved allotment of 11,81,120 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each of IDFC Limited in terms of the IDFC ESOS- 2016 and ESOS-2007 (ESOS Scheme). Further, the ESOS scheme is in compliance with the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014. The total money realized by exercise of the aforesaid options is Rs. 7,39,94,683/- (including Perq Tax of Rs. 1,03,55,090.62/-). With the allotment of the above shares, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1,59,92,20,378 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 15,99,22,03,780/- Kindly take note of the same. | |
