| IDFC LIMITEDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In compliance with Regulations 29(1) & 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the 141st Board Meeting of IDFC Limited will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Mumbai to discuss and approve, among other items, the Unaudited Financial Results (subjected to Limited Review by Auditors) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, in continuation to our letter dated September 29, 2020 and pursuant to the IDFC Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in shares of the Company, the Trading Window was closed for dealing in the equity shares of IDFC Limited for all the Board Members and Designated Persons and their respective Dependent Family Members from October 01, 2020 and will remain closed till Thursday, November 12, 2020 (both days inclusive). <BR> | |
