Pursuant to regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that in the Board Meeting of the Company held on November 1, 2021:<BR> a) Mr. Arup Kumar Banerjee, Vice Chairman and Managing Director has stepped down from the post of Managing Director with effect from November 1, 2021 and will continue to hold the office of the Executive Vice Chairman and<BR> <BR> b) Mr. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay, 57 years, (DIN: 01806781) has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a term of 3 years with effect from November 1, 2021. He fulfils the conditions specified in the Companies Act and rules made thereunder and is not debarred from holding the office of Managing Director, pursuant to any order of SEBI or any such other authority. He is not related to any other Directors of the Company.<BR> <BR> <BR>
