| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that the Company in its Board meeting held today i.e 11th November, 2024, has approved the proposal to permanently close its Wholly Owned Subsidiary IFB Agro Marine (FZE) situated in UAE. Henceforth IFB Agro Marine (FZE) would cease to be subsidiary of the Company. | |
