The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today dated March 22, 2025, allotted 69,350 Equity Shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of stock options under IIFL Securities Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2018. The said equity shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares from the date of allotment. Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stands increase from 309886459 to 309955809 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.
