Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from Friday, July 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 is approved by the Board of Directors and filed with stock exchanges. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all designated persons (including directors) and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
