This refers to our intimation dated March 31, 2022, with regard to the proposed sale of 22,155,000 (twenty-two million one hundred fifty-five thousand) equity shares of IIFL Wealth Management Limited ('Company'), by General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte. Ltd. and FIH Mauritius Investments Ltd., certain public shareholders of the Company, to BC Asia Investments X Limited, subject to regulatory approvals. In this regard, we would like to update you that IIFL Asset Management Limited ('IIFL AMC'), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received the necessary prior 'no objection' from Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') under SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations, 1996, for the aforesaid proposed sale of shares of the Company.
