The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution has allotted 1,64,212 equity shares to the employees upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Options Schemes of the Company.<BR> <BR> Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 8,76,83,084 to 8,78,47,296 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.<BR> <BR> The intimation in this regard is enclosed herewith
