SEBI has issued an adjudication order dated September 15, 2022 in the matter of alleged violations relating to certain disclosures pertaining to Related Party Transactions during FY 2015-16 to 2017-18 under the SEBI LODR. The Company is considering options to deal with this Order including filing of an appeal before the Securities Appellate Tribunal under advise from its Legal Counsels.
