Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company have today appointed Dr. Deepak Kumar Mohanty (DIN: 09771960) as a Nominee Director effective November 22, 2022. Further, we hereby intimate that Mr. Shekhar Prabhudessai (DIN: 08766338) has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company with effect from November 21, 2022.
