The entire equity shareholding held by the Company in Jorabat Shillong Expressway Limited ("JSEL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company has entered into Restated Share Purchase Agreement("SPA") on October 19, 2023 with Sekura Roads Private Limited, to sell and transfer its holding in JSEL.
