In continuation to our captioned letter informing the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited (the 'Company') held on May 11, 2022, with reference to the above and in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we write to inform you that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on Friday, 10th June, 2022 at 11.30 am through video conferencing (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM) for seeking approval of shareholders for the matters mentioned in the Notice of the said Extraordinary General Meeting which shall be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course of time.
