Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (''SEBI Listing Regulations''), and based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Indef Manufacturing Limited (Company) at its meeting held today i.e. on November 12, 2025, inter alia, has unanimously considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, along with the Limited Review Reports provided by the Statutory Auditors thereon
