| INDIA CEMENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve A meeting of our Board of Directors will be held on Friday, the 27th May 2022, to consider and approve audited annual accounts (both standalone and consolidated) for the year ended 31st March 2022 and standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2022. The Audit Committee of our Board will review the said accounts and financial results at its meeting to be held on 26th May 2022. The Board, at the aforesaid meeting, will also consider, inter alia, payment of dividend on equity shares for the year 2021-22. We shall let you know the decision of the Board soon after the meeting. | |
