The Exchange has sought Clarification form India Cements Ltd with reference to the media report appearing on https://economictimes.indiatimes.com dated June 28, 2024 (Link: https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/markets/stocks/news/india-cements-in-talks-with-bofa-nomura-to-raise-rs-500-crore/articleshow/111326626.cms) titled "India Cements in talks with BofA, Nomura to raise Rs 500 crore"<BR><BR>The Company is requested to submit its clarification to the Exchange in terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
