| INDIA NIPPON ELECTRICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) & (e) of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 13th February 2024, inter alia., 1. To consider the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December 2023 along with the Limited Review Report of the auditors for the above-mentioned period and 2. To consider and declare an interim dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24. 3. To fix the record date for payment of interim dividend. | |
