| INDIA NIPPON ELECTRICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve It has been decided to convene a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on Thursday the 12th November, 2020 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. The Notice of the Board Meeting is being advertised in newspapers.<BR> <BR> Please note that the trading window, for dealing in the Company''s scrips by the designated persons, has already been closed as intimated vide our letter dated 30th September, 2020 and it will continue to be closed until 14th November, 2020 and will open from 15th November, 2020 i.e., 48 hours after the publication of the said results, in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended. | |
