| pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today October 30, 2021 through Video/Audio Conference means has inter-alia considered and approved the following:<BR> 1. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 <BR> 2. In order to reward the Employees for their association and performance, as well as to motivate them to contribute to the growth and profitability of the Company, the Board of Directors considered and discussed on Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Scheme, its implementation and Policy. The Company shall endeavor to bring ESOP for its employees by the end of this financial year and will intimate to the Stock Exchanges in advance accordingly.<BR> 3. Re-appointment of GSK & Associates, Company Secretaries (FRN: P2014UP036000), Kanpur as a Secretarial Auditors of the Company for Financial Year 2021-22 . | |
