Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule II of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform India Pesticides Limited had applied for allotment of additional 1,300 square metres of land adjacent to its existing Sandila Plant.<BR> We have received the allotment letter for the said land from the concerned competent authority and the acquisition of this new land will help us in our capex plans for further expansion of our Sandila Plant.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record.
