| India Radiators Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/04/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Scheme of Arrangement. In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR') and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, detailed information pertaining to the aforesaid Scheme of Arrangement will be disclosed to the Stock Exchange after the conclusion of the Board Meeting. | |
