We would like to inform you that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 14th February, 2022 at 2 p.m (IST), through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with MCA General Circulars issued from time to time in this regard. Further be informed that the Company has fixed Monday, 7th February, 2022 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the EGM.
