| Dear Sir, Pursuant to Notice of Board meeting dated 15th November, 2022, the Board meeting was held on Tuesday 22nd November, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. the outcome of the meeting is as follows: 1) On the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Vipul Desai appointed as an Additional (Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f 22nd November 2022 to hold office, subject to the approval of the members, till the conclusion of the next general meeting or within a time period of three months from the date of appointment, whichever is earlier, for appointment as an Independent Director to hold office for a term upto 5 (five) consecutive years.
